- *¼ cup meter butter
- * ¼ cup applesauce
- *½ tsp vanilla
- *2 large eggs
- * 1 cup granulated sugar
- *¼ tsp baking powder
- *¼ tsp salt
- *½ cup all-purpose flour
- *⅓ cup UXO chocolate protein powder
- *½ cup mini chocolate chips
- *Oven at 350° - bake for about 30 minutes or until the center is cooked. Let cool for about 10/15 minutes and enjoy with a yummy chocolate drizzle!
