Ingredients:
- 2 scoops Pro Refit Cinnamon Swirl Protein powder
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sweetener of choice (e.g. monk fruit, erythritol)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the topping:
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp granulated sweetener of choice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the protein powder, almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- Add in the almond milk, egg, and vanilla extract, and stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth out the top.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- While the protein treat is baking, prepare the topping by mixing together the melted butter, sweetener, and cinnamon.
- Once the protein treat is done baking, remove it from the oven and pour the topping over the top.
- Allow the protein treat to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
