Counting Macros . . . but need to cure that sweet-tooth? Here is a delicious recipe that SLAPS!! Using UXO Supplements Vanilla Post ISO 100% Pure Whey Isolate.
Protein Reeses Cheesecake
Macros: (P) 5.3g (C) 7.1g (F) 6.3g (per serving of 60grams)
Base :
- 1 ) 1 (4-oz.) tin crescent rolls (4 count)
Filling:
- 1 scoop UXO Vanilla Post ISO
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup sweetener alternative of choice (48g) (I use Swerve )
- 8 oz 1/3 fat cream cheese
- 3/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt (170g)
- 2 Sugar Free Mini Reeses Cups (chop finely and fold in one and sprinkle the other on top )
Cooking instructions :
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line a 9x9" baking dish with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray.
- Using your hands, press the dough into the bottom and sides of the dish.
- In a medium sized bowl, add the cream cheese, yogurt, egg, vanilla, protein powder, and sweetener.
- Using a hand mixer, beat until smooth. Add half of the Reese’s cups to the mixture and fold in with a spoon, then pour the cheesecake mixture on top of the crescent rolls.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheesecake bars start to become golden brown. And finish with the remaining Reese’s
