Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Regular Oats
  • 1 scoop of Pro Refit or Post ISO (Chocolate Flavor)
  • 1 tbsp. fat free chocolate Jello Pudding Mix
  • 1/4 cup Pure Pumpkin
  • 1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa 
  • 1/2 cup almond milk

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a container
  2. Place in fridge to allow jello to thicken and activate
  3. retrieve after 4 hours and consume
