PROTEIN PACKED BROWNIE TREATS

Here is another amazing recipe for a yummy chocolate dessert to help you fill those cravings. But now you don't have to feel as guilty . . . plenty of protein in here to help you keep those gains. 

THE INGREDIENTS:

  • Baking pan
  • 3 scoops CHOCOLATE PRO REFIT
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 3/4 cup of coconut sugar (or any option you have at home)
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup
  • 2-4 tbsp dark chocolate chips
  • A large bowl

HERE'S WHAT TO DO:

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.

Step 2: Mix pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, eggs, peanut butter, maple syrup, and brown sugar. 

Step 3: Add the rest of the ingredients one at a time while mixing. Start with protein, cocoa, sweetener, baking powder, and salt.

Step 4: Fold in the chocolate chips

Step 5: Spray pan, pour your batter in, place in the oven for 30 minutes. Spray an 8×8 baking pan with cooking spray, pour your batter in and put in the oven.

Step 6: Pull out, let cool, cut into squares and serve warm.
