4 Tips For Rucking: Back in my military days, I attended the Sabalauski Air Assault School. They teach you how to hook up sling loads, how to rappel out of Blackhawks, etc. There are 3 phases to the course, each including a physical training event you must pass, with the final test being a 12-mile ruck that must be completed in under 3 hours. Today I am in my mid 40s, and we decided to step back our distance in ruck training to see if we could accomplish that task today. Then, I give you my 4 tips to timed ruck events.
