UXO Salted Caramel Fudge . . . Delicious and macro friendly!!!
- Measure 32g of UXO Protein and set aside
- Measure out 9oz of White Chocolate chips
- Microwave chocolate for 1 min. followed by 15 sec intervals until melted.
- Immediately mix in protein
- Add .5 tsp of Vanilla extract
- Fold and mix the ingredients
- Pour into a pan with parchment paper
- Add 1 tbls of Natural Peanut butter as topping
- Add a dash of Sea Salt 10) Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Cut and serve
